Initial administrative questions to verify profile (degree qualifications, role applying for, location, current salary etc.). Followed by competency questions around, e.g., my idea of service excellence, how I'd handle being assigned to a client I didn't want, and explaining an example of change management in action.

It was quick initially though it did take a while to hear back from them. However, the interviewers were friendly and provided good and detailed feedback so overall it was a decent process.
