Online application, phone interview which lasted 10-15 minutes followed by one on one interview in Macclesfield. Interview process itself is pretty straight forward but the company let themselves down massively by being unresponsive after the actual interview. I was told that I'll hear back from the company within a couple of weeks after the interview but there was no response after waiting for four weeks. I tried to follow up with 2 emails and ask for an update but still got no reply. I don’t understand how difficult it is to spend a few minutes of your time to reply to the follow up emails and state that I was unsuccessful? Having spent a considerable amount of time preparing and completing all interview stages to not even get a couple of lines of response is unprofessional.

Intially a phone interview to get to know you a bit better. Then a second interview to understand your suitability for the role and previous experience. The last interview was with one of the C-suite members who asked competency and situational based questions.
