Entretien
It was quite thorough and had multiple steps. I had a phone screen with HR, followed by an interview with my direct report, a Director from another dept, the director for my dept (Boss's Boss) and then finally the VP before finally being offered the role. It was fairly easy and my would be boss was very good at communicating and getting feedback from the interviewers about me.

The initial interview went well and I was told to expect a call the following week from the hiring manager to never hear anything again. I reached out to the recruiter and received nothing.

The interview process was non existent. There was no response to my application or follow up emails and calls until months and months later, when they rejected me. There is unfortunately a case where they are doing nothing except posting for job that don't exist.
