Interviews are supposed to put the company's best foot forward, but not to lie to the interviewee. No there is not a massive amount of opportunity; of any kind: promotion, profit sharing, and employee growth. The entire process took almost 2 months. Then they will joke with you about how long it took to get hired. It's much less funny when you are unemployed prior to accepting this position. It's two more months of bills that pile up.
