Entretien
First step is a phone interview. Then online assessments (personality and math tests). Lastly face to face interviews. Interviews are supposed to put the company's best foot forward, but not to lie to the interviewee. No there is not a massive amount of opportunity; of any kind: promotion, profit sharing, and employee growth. The entire process took almost 2 months. Then they will joke with you about how long it took to get hired. It's much less funny when you are unemployed prior to accepting this position. It's two more months of bills that pile up. Streamline this hiring process.
They will ask you to pitch them during the interview. A pen, notebook, telephone in the conference room. (If you read my resume, I made it past your phone screen, and I'm now talking to you face-to-face, then is not the time to try to determine if I can sell something)

I got an email saying Graybar was interested in me and after filling out a long Questionaire I was reached out to by a local manager a few days later. We met locally and had a conversation about the things I'm looking for in a career, explained the position, asked about my experience with SAP and product knowledge. Smooth conversation. I was even asked about my life outside of work.
