Entretien
The process took about 4 weeks. I applied on line and waited 2 weeks until HR called to scheduled a phone interview. The phone screen was about 30 mins, covering basic questions based on your resume. After the phone screen, I was invited to an on-site interview. The on-site interview was very disappointing. I met the hiring manager and the interview was last no more than 20 mins. Basically she just went through the questions she had in the paper, and took notes. No hard or technical questions being asked and I got a feeling that they would hire you if they like you.

Pretty easy, had a recruiter reach out then had a call with the manager, took about 2 weeks to hear back so the turn around was good. One phone interview than I had a virtual interview due to my location at the time.

I applied to the position and got the interview about a week later. It was quick and easy, only had to go through one interview and heard back within two weeks.

Entretien
The interview process was fairly straightforward. I learned a lot more about the role, especially because it is a Union position. I appreciated that it was in-person and I felt the interviewer was genuinely interested in what I was looking to get from the role.
