I believe that the quality of the interview varies based on a variety of factors, one of them being the station you interview for. To put it bluntly, I felt incredibly disrespected during my interview process. I do not recommend interviewing for Gray due to the company culture.

Interviewer was checking and replying to emails during interview seemed like he couldn’t be bothered said he’d follow up with a third interview and i send emails to give my availability and never heard back. Very unprofessional
