My interview process took almost a month and resulted in no offer. Two of my initial interviews were rescheduled due to GP issues, but none of this was taken into consideration.
1. Phone Screen with the recruiter - the call went well and the recruiter was very supportive and quite nice.
1.5 - Interview Prep Session with the recruiter. Unfortunately this wasn't needed as the team canceled my initial interview due to a payment outage.
2. Interview with the Outside Sales team Managers (2)
2.5 Additional Questions & Personality Test
3. Interview with the regional Sales Manager & Management Associate
Be prepared that you'll be doing a lot of work just to get to a "final" interview. Additionally, know that specific metrics that have been verbalized to you at the beginning of the process (30 in-person visits per day) will most-likely change once you get to the end of the process (50 in-person visits per day, verbalized by one of the final interviewers). While I have no idea how any of this is physically possible -- it's something you want to note. Don't waste your time here. Read other interviews and know that your metrics/KPIs will most likely change on a weekly basis, reflected in the fact that it happened to me just within an interview process. Good luck!

Entretien
Pretty straight forward. I applied through their careers link. Waited a couple of days and received an email asking me to submit a 3 minute video of a SWOT anaylisis. After another day or two was aske to have a phone screen with HR representative and fill out an work history document for the phone screen. Completed phone screen and of course ask about next steps and the representative told me that I would hear back from her in 48 hours. And she was indeed prompt in getting back with me via email informing me that they would not be proceeding with the next step in the process. Not sure what they are looking for at Gravity Payments in an Outside Sales Representative, I have over 10 years experience in that very role. Somewhat discouraging to think it might be age related as its been mentioned in other reviews on this site.
