Very odd process with multiple interviews that resulted in being ghosted. I read another review from someone else who was ghosted at the same time and realized that I was not alone. I was interested in the company because of the philosophy they had as the salary was considerably less than what the market paid for what they expected. However, I thought that environment was more important than money. I had three interviews and expected to hear back within a week or so about the result. Nothing - no sorry you didn’t get it, nothing. That said a lot to me about the culture and I’m happy I didn’t get it as I don’t want to work in a place that doesn’t respect people enough to not ghost them.
