Relaxed atmosphere with three employees. About twenty questions regarding experience, lasted about an hour. Interviewers gave a good explanation of the company's mission, work atmosphere and benefits. The interview concluded with a tour of the office.

A panel of three and questions about GIS knowledge, experiences, followed by a second interview. The process took about a week. The staff were all good natured and it felt more like a conversation.
