The interview process involves screening, initial one-on-one interviews, and possibly second or third rounds. It assesses qualifications, skills, and fit for the job. It was my first ever interview, and I can say the interviewer was very pleasant and easy to talk to.

2 directors asked about general interview questions, including tell me about yourself, strengths and weakness, any prior accounting internship experiences. There were no technical questions which were asked in the interview, mostly behavioral and conversational.
