Video interview (film responses in advance), invite for in-person interview (this was a phone call), interview at office (office differed depending on date chosen). There was a bit of a wait when I'd gotten there. There were two very friendly managers in the room. Was asked to go over resume in detail. Although didn't get offer, received phone call with some positive feedback.

Describe a situation where you had to resolve a conflict, had difficulty with a team member. Mostly behavioural questions.
Very friendly and they tell you what they really are looking for in a candidate. There were a few stages of interview I did before I was interviewed with the manager that I will work with.

Causal but the interviewer was so inattentive, rumbled all the time, just look around everywhere but didn’t look at you, he just want to finish the interview as soon as possible. Even did say goodbye to you

First I got an Internal referral, followed by an e-mail application, and then 2 on 1 interview with some personality test. the interview process was casual but they do ask a lot of questions so be prepared and stay confident.
