The two interviews were very laid back and felt more like a conversation with a colleague than a interview, which I really liked. After the interview they got back pretty quickly with an offer.

After I applied online, I need to complete the on-demand video interviews. Questions are difficult to answer. There are 4-5 questions in total. They are not based on your resume and experience.
