J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Grant Thornton (Charlotte, NC) en juin 2015
Entretien
I was a recruited through my campus.
I dropped my resume and was selected for an interview. The night before my interview GT held a social and I was able to meet my interviewer. The next day I was able to walk into my interview already knowing the man across the table and had more of a conversation and overview of GT culture and opportunities.
I was then invited to an office visit. Again, there was a social the night before and I was able to interact with other GT advisory associates, managers, and partners. The next day I was given a tour of the office and had 3 more interviews.

Very straightforward and no case interview. It was two back to back interviews. The people are nice and asked about experiences in college and coursework. Most of it was very conversational, and I heard back with an offer within the same week

Initial phone call interview then went into two video call interviews with managers. Extremely friendly and conversational. Questions primarily revolved around resume and past experiences. I didn't get any technical questions despite interviewing with people from my background. Overall, it was a very relaxed interview process.
