Three Round, College interview then Office visit Interview. First, they want to get to know you and evaluate your capability through out the interview process. There are 2 managers and one partner interview through out the process. You also got evaluate through group hang-out activities to see if they can get along with you and if you can fit in the group.

a fairly smooth process. an accounting test to qualify for interview 1 that happens with a manager, post that interview 2 with director. as a fresher much wont be expected except basic accounting knowledge especially journal entries
