There was first an initial Phone call/Screen by the recruiter followed by two rounds of back to back interviews. After the interview process, the interviewers would make then make the decision and give a phone call about the offer.

It was hard but also a good interview unfortunately didn't get the position and i learned alot from the process. I would suggest to focus on practicing the STAR method and doing research on the company.

2 back-to-back rounds of interviews with two professionals. Very friendly and welcoming interviewers! Mostly ask some behavioral questions and about the work experience listed on your resume. Feel more like a conversation than an interview, which makes the interviewee feels more comfortable and confident in answering the interview questions.
