Entretien
The telephone interview was typically cold competency based questions, fairly standard and impersonal. There was only one person asking the questions and they were clearly reading through a check list. I was clearly unprepared for the interview but it would not take much to do well in this kind of process. They are predominantly canned questions.

I was very well informed with the instructions and details all along the application process. The recruitment team was very nice and friendly, kept receiving updates and feedback from them.
