I got a rejection email two days after the 3rd round stating that it was "too competitive." While most firms only have two rounds. Overall, the interview process will be complicated if you don't know the people there or have recommendations. Grant Thornton's interview process isn't only difficult but time-consuming. I applied for the role via LinkedIn about a week after applying I was contacted by a recruiter. We had a 30-minute interview via Teams then I was told I would hear back by the end of the following week. three days later I received an email informing me that I was not selected to move forward. I asked for feedback as I felt fully qualified for the role but I unfortunately never heard back.
