Entretien
The interview process was fairly standard. I was referred by an employee registered online and submitted an application. After the phone interview I can in and interviewed with a manager and the partner. Then got a call from recruiter and had to negotiate salary.
J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Grant Thornton (Champaign, IL) en oct. 2015
Entretien
A pre-night event and an hour-long in-person interview. It was a pretty straightforward interview talking about my resume and asking about what kind of person I was. The interviewer seemed nice, but the fact that she wasn't in the field I was applying for was a bit weird. She was also a graduate of the University, so I was able to make a connection there. However, I think that may have given bias since she was from the business school and I was an economics student.
