Quick, reliable, easy, like a regular conversation with no signs of nervousness or panic. It went really well because the recruiter had already known me so conversation was easy. We mostly spoke about teamwork and asked if I had siblings etc because at the company, they work together in a cohesive, family-oriented way.

Online interview conducted using HireVue. Was emailed to schedule an in person interview. Felt fairly laid back, which was likely due to the position I was applying for since they were not expected much prior experience.

The process was very straightforward. It was two back-to-back 30-minute behavioral interviews. My first one was with a managing director and the second one with a partner. They were both very nice.
