On-Campus interview and then final round on-site. I applied through my University job site and then got selected for an interview. There was a networking event prior to the interview where candidates got a chance to mingle and meet Grant Thornton associates/partners. Free food and drinks and a nice evening of networking.

Tell me about a time you worked with a team to complete a task.
The first round of interviews was a group interview with four people, followed by an English essay. Neither the interview questions nor the essay topic had anything to do with auditing, and the interview questions seemed to be fixed; some interviewees even knew the questions beforehand. If that's true, I think it's unfair.
