1. HR - sent an e-mail asking to schedule a phone interview. During the interview, he only asked the reasons why I was applying. Then he described the recruitment process
2. Manager - professional experiences (there are 2 rounds). See below for the interview questions

Interview is fairly easy process. You apply online and send resume. Then recruiters reach out to you and then they connect you with local recruiter who get more info about your background. Finally you get connected with partners. Overall its a fairly quick process

Partner and hiring manager interviewed me last time, no further assessment or question as they might think that I was not a fit candidate for them, it took range about 10-15 mins. No offer.

I was referred by a friend who works in GT Gibraltar and gave my email address to GT UK. I was interviewed through emails -- There were no calls as all were just written.
