The interview process was pretty typical starting out with a networking event on campus. There was one interview on campus with a partner followed with an in office meet and greet and interview with 2 different partners.

My interview experience at Grant Thornton was smooth and professional. The interviewer asked me two core questions: 'Tell me about yourself' and 'What are your strengths and weaknesses'. The whole process was relaxed and well-structured. After answering the questions, the interviewer took the time to explain the internship details clearly, including the allowance, MC policy, and the timeline for the result. I really appreciated how organized and respectful the whole process was.
