I applied off campus. There was a written round followed by technical interview. The interview was based upon Metering Solutions and i applied for embedded systems engineer so that was totally unexpected. Also the employees were very lazy. They wasted my 4 hours in this process. While when the same company arrived in college for placements, that was very easy. They recuited people who were not good in Technical and can barely speak fluently. That was really depressing that a good camdidate may lose a job with these biased tactics.
