Applied via LinkedIn and received a request for a phone screen interview with a recruiter 4 days later. The phone screen was straightforward. They discussed the role, reviewed previous work experiences, asked about familiarity with their technology stack, and then ended with four behavioral questions to evaluate my ability to answer using the STAR method. The second and final interview was scheduled for the next day with two hiring managers. The recruiter sent over various resources to help me prepare for this interview which was very helpful. The final interview was also straightforward. They asked a few questions about why I wanted to work for the company and what I liked/disliked about my previous role. Then they moved into the behavioral questions which required using the STAR method to answer. They asked about 10 of these behavioral questions and then opened up the conversation for any questions I had. I got a call from the recruiter about two hours after my interview for them to give feedback and offer me the position, which I accepted. The entire interview process was fast and seamless and every person I spoke with was very friendly and outgoing, which made it a great overall experience.
