The interview was based on the STAR method. They asked me behavioral oriented questions about my past expirience in other jobs. I thought it went really well, the people at Grainger seem really nice and although I was struggling with my rusty english, they made me feel comfortable. I hope to get an opportunity at Grainger, I think its just what I was looking for in terms of professional growth. Recommendation: Research all you can about Grainger, and just be honest and straight forward with your answers.
