J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Grainger (Atlanta, GA) en févr. 2015

The interview process was pretty straightforward and inviting. I interviewed with two managers together. It didn't seem like a "good cop bad cop" situation, but two separate approaches and managing styles in order to see which team I would be a better fit for. I was also given a tour of the facility and met the teams and managers while there. Soon after the interview I was informed the background check has begun and I was prompted to complete a drug test.

Ooof. This is only a review of 19/45 minutes of my first phone interview. I had to cut the interview short. I was so turned off by the process, questions and the way the recruiter made me feel like a number, or simply a task in her day. No feedback on my answers, long pauses, no engagement with me as a human being! 15 minutes was spent answering simple questions that are printed on my resume. I understand going over past performance and accomplishments, but this was just a waste of my time. If this is any insight as to life at Grainger, then I'm out!
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Grainger (Alpharetta, GA) en août 2015

Typical phone screen with recruiter. She asked star questions about work experience and sales senarios. From there I had a Panel interview using STAR questions with managers. Be outgoing and be sure to gig into detail your processes. Then a final interview with the director. More star questions and some life questions.
