This was presented as a "Hiring Event" at a local hotel that was specifically for the Mason location. I chose a time and submitted a resume and filled out a few online questions. I then got several text/email notices about the upcoming "interview". When I arrived on time for the "interview" a Graham HR employee could not find my data though I told her i got several notices preceding the date. No problem. I handed her a resume and then was instructed to fill out an online application and instructed to wait with 12-15 others. I started to complete the online form but when I tried to submit the first page the internet was so week I was unable to proceed. NP. I figured I would explain the delay to whoever I was to speak with. Then I waited. And waited. And waited. I set my timer for 45 minutes. Once 45 minutes came up I went to the HR functionary & asked her to withdrawal my name/time and informed them that if this is how they treat potential "new hires" I cannot imagine how they would treat employees. I then stated this was unprofessional and clownish & left. This is just my experience, but, I expect it may be indicative of how clumsy & poorly run this firm is if they cannot conduct a proper group hire event.
