Group interview with about 20 people involved. Started off by introducing yourself and then take place in various group tasks. Nothing too complex. Those that impress during this time then get taken into a separate room for a 2 on 1 speed sales interview. Again nothing too difficult.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Graduate Fasttrack (Londres, Angleterre) en mars 2018
Entretien
The initial interview was a group interview. Essentially we were presented with a set of tasks and had to prove we could pitch and problem solve better than anyone in the room.
I along with 6 others (out of 20 odd) were pushed to the next round.
During my second stage interview, I was asked what type of industry I'd like to go into, and then essentially told to forget all of that because loads of people think they want to go into a field and then get another job and love it (sales manipulation). So already, I felt like he didn't care about what I wanted. All he cared about was his commission.
And that was apparant w/ the next few interviews.
When I was offered a job I had searched for myself separately from Graduate Fasttrack, my assigned recruiter at GF was annoyed because he lost a client. He tried hard to get me to go for a job he had set me up for despite being £10k less! He didn't even congratulate me on the job offer.
I'm sure there are success stories w/ this company but I am not a fan
