It's horrible.
First round with a senior engineer and dude didn't even join the call. I found his Linkedin, texted him, texted recruiter and no one replied anything. I dropped off the call after 30min đ
They replied after a few days, gave me some lame excuse and rescheduled to another day. This time, we talked for 2 hours even the meeting was scheduled for 1h. I had impression that the dude was really impressed and will pass me this round. But the dude feedback is negative and they rejected me. Well, here's my negative feedback for Grab and himself for missing the interview entirely.
The recruiter told me that he thinks I was a great candidate and he will match me with another team.
Sadly until now after 3 years I still haven't get any replied from the recruiter. His Linkedin went grey.

HR call, then live coding interview, question is easy but I forgot it
During the interview I couldn't ask anything, the HR talking all the time, no chance given to ask. And after that, she leave and ghosting me. A very terrible experience.
First, they recruiter will email you and send you a codility test link and give dateline for to finish it within a week. Second the schedule a call with you to know more detail about yourself. Will ask about current role task , salary , benefit that you get there.
