I got response fast. Interviewee and HR supported me well. First 3 rounds were online calls. The last round was on-site meet with Department Head. Result of each round was confirmed within 2 working days.

Entretien
Politics running high even in the Interview Process.
Coding Interview Round:
Panellists only smile, chit-chat and paste ready-made questions to you. Not involved in discussion basically just gave you and waiting patiently for you to solve it. Even when you try to build the conversation.
System Design Round:
Panellists know little about System design, somehow rejecting to believe the solution can be simple by utilizing row lock mechanism and serialization behaviour of PostgreSQL.
No feedback was given except that you are not good enough. Such different experience compared to Interview with Silicon Valley engineers.
Then again the recruiter must follow what the interviewer say, there are no verification of their verdict nor repercution. They are trying to save their ownself.
