After the screening call, I was invited to a portfolio review. However, the interview was rescheduled many many times.
The portfolio review was conducted by two designers. One was friendly, attentive, throughout. Unfortunately, the other interviewer frequently interrupted my responses, made assumptions without letting me explain, and raised voice when I asked for clarification so I could better answer the questions. The interaction left me feeling uncomfortable, definitely a challenging interview experiences. Tip for yall: Based on what have been shared, designers do not appear to be highly valued within the team. User-centered design is not a strong priority, and stakeholders can be quite aggressive
