Very laid back - mostly educating about the company and illuminating their needs from me. After our chat, I was given a tour of the office and finally a verbal offer. I asked to think it over and they said they would be email an official job description with salary. They never did this. Several follow up emails from me went unanswered. Something I found problematic is that there is no flexibility to work from home and the C suite is all men.
