Entretien
1rst HR send you an email requesting an appointment then they call you from USA, explaining the position... benefits and asking your salary expectation.
2nd If your English is ok and they agree with the salary... they send you a HackeRank challenge, 2 hours last.
3rd If you pass the code challenge, they send you a email to set a videoconference meeting with a Tech Lead.
Sometimes they request a meeting with their client.
Last step... if the Lead is agree and approve you knowledge they make you an offer. 🎉
All the process is completely in English and online.

Entretien
An interview with the recruiter (English level is also measured), then they send a code challenge in HackerRank, if there was a good test grade, they schedule a technical interview, and if everything goes well they make the offer. In some cases you have to do an interview with the client at the end. It should be noted that the entire process is in English.
