Laid back process. Not very interview like. Asked some personal questions but I didn't mind. The whole process took an hour. I sent a thank you note to the interviewer and I it a call 2 hours later saying I was a strong candidate.

It was very laid back and simple. That's not to say that the questions were easy by any means, but I felt comfortable during the interview process. My interviewer was a great listener and I feel like this speaks highly for the company.

good and well articulated. Questions were normal and process oriented where we can use our own experience to tell it clearly and communication is more important to convey what we think in order to answer the questions clearly
