Brief and comfortable, they ask you different types of questions. Just be honest. They are really just looking to hire hardworking people. They do drug test, make sure your clean. They do expect you to work through weather conditions.

Was there a time you had a conflict with a customer?
In person quick and friendly. Application submitted and call back was quick. Asked about history and qualifications hired quick. The job was amazing and they are easy to work for
asked my about my previous job experience, my characteristics, why i wanted the job, which shifts i was available for, etc. very basic interview questions, i didn’t prepare at all and still did fine!
Interview was short and to the point. Ask for previous experiences and how do I solve unexpected problems. The manager was nice. Told me I will hear back. Didn't get the job
