This process wasn’t as long and drawn out like some companies. The interview consisted of 3 one hour video interviews and a presentation. Overall this was a good candidate experience. The hiring manager remained in constant contact during this process {which is rare}. Everyone was very nice. I didn’t receive the job offer due to the selected candidate having more experience. I wish it would have been a different reason considering my experience should have been assessed in the beginning of the hiring process in comparison with the other candidates. If they were looking for a certain type of experience, then maybe interviewing those candidates would have been more beneficial. The team was engaging but that’s a lot of time, effort not to mention trying to accommodate their schedule just for that to be the reason for no offer.
