The interview process was incredibly thorough and detailed, but I felt as though I was being strung along. I appreciated their level of detail and commitment to their objectives, but also felt unfairly judged for subjective interpretations of answers.

After getting an internal referral, I did the required online testing, and then had a phone interview with the HR person. I received my response 2 days later with verbiage about them pursuing other candidates and my not having the experience that position needed and they would hold onto my resume. I followed up with the interviewer by asking for some more specific feedback on why I was not offered a position. Plus, I asked for some advice on improving my interview skills and some help with what I could do differently. Then I asked if I could apply at a later date for other positions. After several weeks/months, the interviewer did get back to me with some information that clearly showed he/she had no recollection of our interview. I was very dissappointed; I really truly wanted to work for this company. I had only heard great things and I had hoped that internal referrals would be more meaningful than just someone nobody knows, especially for virtual positions that require so much trust.
