J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez GoodRx (Santa Monica, CA) en déc. 2019

Interview process:
-> Technical phone screen -> Take home assignment -> Lunch with hiring team -> Onsite interview
Team members were cool but this company is very unprofessional! GoodRx was below my salary expectations so I was going to pass but the recruiter insisted I go through as they can make exceptions. My phone interviewer was great as he knew his stuff and take home assignment was easy though at times it felt GoodRx is trying to get candidates to do free work as it was more than a 'take home assignment'. I met with QA team over lunch who were cool but management experience levels were mediocre. My phone interviewer and one of the Engineering Directors from SF was great. GoodRx made an offer but went back and forth - frankly it was unclear if GoodRx is in or out. HR and the hiring manager both kept saying they will get back but somehow each time there would be a no show as apparently they were 'sick'. I asked to pass as I had competing offers but GoodRx asked me they are thumbs up just needing to work out some details. After receiving thumbs up, I turned down one of my offers and put interview requests on hold but GoodRx later came back and said team is going in a "different direction" so no business. Up until the onsite I was sold on working for GoodRx but after my experience I have to say GoodRx has major ethic issues. I have interviewed a lot and this is my first negative review on Glassdoor.
