Met with one person in a management position. Interview seemed to be going well and she said that she would set up a follow up interview. Very conversational and asked for my work experience. She completely ghosted me and didn't even send a rejection response after I followed up a couple times. If you've interviewed someone then please take a couple minutes out of your "busy schedule" to send a rejection.
