The recruiter reached out via email (I applied on their site) and we scheduled time about 2 weeks later to speak (she was OOO part of that time otherwise I’d have thought the delay odd). The recruiter was wonderful and really easy to chat with. Super transparent and direct, which I appreciated so much. I met with the HM who was equally a good experience. I had an off week and just wasn’t my role to get (I truly didn’t interview well) but overall would consider applying again. Really good experience when so many are not lately.
