Hirevue -> SPD -> Offer Hirevue is rather basic behaviorals and markets related questions. SPD seems to have high variance. Know markets, random behaviorals and very interviewer dependent. 3 interviews each 20 mins but I hear this varies.

They were only interviewing females on the day of the my assessment centre - looking for diversity hires potentially? & all the interviewers I saw were male. The interviews weren't too difficult but the diversity problems did not sit right with me
