J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Goldman Sachs (Hong Kong)
Entretien
The interview process was extremely long and repetitive, with each interviewer asking nearly identical questions, which created a sense of disorganization. Despite my efforts to stay engaged, the repetitive nature made it challenging to provide fresh and thoughtful responses. Additionally, the interviewers came across as rather unfriendly and disengaged, which made the atmosphere tense and unwelcoming. Their lack of warmth or positive interaction made it harder to establish a natural rapport, and overall, the experience felt more like an interrogation than a conversation.
Elaborative, long, very situation-based and case-based. Ask random questions to test your mental ability and presence of mind. However, they were very kind and patient with your answers. Always write a thank-you email.

Very technical interview that asked about equity valuations, how to calculate discounted cash flows, weighted average cost of capital, enterprise value, and what is happening in the financial markets. It was a great experience overall.
7+ rounds - with 2 different people in each round, motivational / competency questions + some market related and technical questions. varies by role but you need to really understand "Why GS"
