The interview was smooth. The interviewer is friendly. And I do enjoy talking to them. I do like the interview questions and firm. I fairly enjoy the interview process. Resume Review: Recruiters or hiring managers filter based on background (quantitative skills, finance experience, coding, risk knowledge).
Recruiter Screen: A short call (~20–30 mins) covering motivation, interest in the role, and basic fit.
