phone interview first and then face to face interview. operations interview doesn't require you to be very financial savvy. don't over show off your interest to business side of the IB. find your interest and if you are not interested in operations, u shouldn't apply it at the first place. this is my most suggestions

4 30 minute interviews back to back, never asked me if the times they selected for me were ok, just had to accept that it would be in the middle of the day.
Asked me basic questions like how do I handle difficult situations and what kind of worker I am. Super easy tbh. It’s completely a personality interview, not any questions about experience in specific concepts, for example ability to use excel.
