I appeared technical interview for Automation test engineer role. I felt like it was an interrogation session. Two of the Technical team member asked me to modify two days assignment framework in 20 minutes. Grilling a candidate with unreasonable questions is not an interview. An interview is a two-way street. You are interviewing candidates to hire and not humiliate.
It's sad that some interviewers have an attitude of superiority. Being an interviewer is not just a title, but it is a responsibility. You are deciding the career of an individual. Put yourself in the candidates' shoes. A little respect and empathy go a long way.

Entretien
After applying to the position. HR calls and explains the hiring process and sends an automation assignment to complete in 2 days.
After submission of assignment, gets a response mail next day that they are not hiring without proper feedback. Such a waste of time.
Bad experience .. doesn't recommend.
HR should respond to candidates application to the applied job.
