First was a parking lot, then there was a Skype Interview and next there was an Onsite interview.
In the Skype and Onsite Interviews they expected terminologies and way of working like they work work, anything else is the wrong answer. Really narrow minded approach.
They commented on IDE I used and even my usage of mouse. It was very weird experience and a huge time waste.

Entretien
First round was creating a parking lot application in any language of choice. The time allocated was around 3 days.
1 week after submitting the solution, I receive a mail stating that they are unable to move forward with the interview.
What I don't understand is that I was allocated 3 days to completed the task but they took comparatively more time to reject me without any feedback on the solution.
HRs are usually behind the candidate to complete the task on time but once the task is submitted we candidates have to be behind the HRs to get vague emails.
This creates a negative impact on the company.
