I initially interviewed through Multiplai Interview, an AI-powered recruitment platform. After completing the AI interview, I expected to be forwarded to the client. However, I didn't hear back for two weeks. It wasn't until I followed up that I learned I hadn't been selected. I believe it would be helpful if companies could provide more timely updates to candidates, especially after AI interviews, to avoid unnecessary uncertainty.

It took almost a month but the recruiter is responsive and guides me well. Hr interview,then if you passed,client interview. And if the client chooses you,then job offers. Your usual process. Just make sure you are ready in time,in mind,and in skills.
