      Phone screening, first interview, second interview. The phone screening went well - quick and painless and even the first interview. Where they fall short and leave a bad taste in my mouth is after the second interview there wasn't a follow-up. I sent 2 emails to the interviewer and 1 to HR within 2 weeks after the interview and no response from either of them. However, once I saw they reposted the job I followed up one last time which is when I finally received an email from them later that day that they didn't move forward with my application but referenced the wrong role. If you have a great amount of patience and don't care to hear back from them then go for it. I understand not hearing back from applications since they receive hundreds but once narrowed down to the final round then they should have enough respect to get back and indicate the correct role. I've even asked for feedback and didn't get a response.

      Online, the girl was really nice. She asked me about myself and my experience and told me About the company. Pretty basic stuff but she was kind. First I introduced myself , then she told me about the position, asked me questions about my experience then I asked some questions about the position

      The whole process looked very unprofessional; it looked like they had a high turnover rate. In one brief interview, they offered a position with ridiculous compensation, which included no insurance or meal or commute support.

      At Gostudent, there is a non-professional and culturally insensitive environment. Team leaders are known to use vulgar and exclusive language. Despite being promised a remote and flexible job during the interview process, these terms are not reflected in the contractual agreements, leading to discomfort and distrust among employees. Moreover, those who attempt to assert their rights may face reprisals, including unjustified terminations under the guise of "cultural differences." This suggests a lack of professional ethics and an uninclusive work environment, contradicting the company's purported cultural integration.
