Following an application, a Senior Recruiter promptly sent an automated message for me to schedule a phone screening through their calendar tool. On the day of the interview, the recruiter never called. These things can happen, so I followed up via email, checking whether it was a technical or personal issue, and whether we could re-schedule. Unfortunately none of my emails received any kind of response and were ignored.
After reading several other comments, it seems this is a relatively common occurence with the recruiters at this firm. It is a pity, because I was quite excited about the company and it's mission.
