Had a sql interview after initial recruiter call. Interviewer spoke for 10 minutes out of the entire 30 min call to explain the tables, leaving <20 min on 3 questions. Interviewer said that they are not a stickler on syntax but points out minor details and don't get the entire picture. Only wants to see a fixed solution to the question, and doesn't allow for other solutions. Asked a question at the end. Interviewer gave an amateurish answer that is not levelled to her experience, akin to some college level introductory project. Quite disappointed with the interview experience.

Muy mala experiencia, fueron 6 rondas de entrevistas de las cuales 4 fueron técnicas, un home challenge. Pasé todas las técnicas pero no valió de nada. Al final del proceso no me aceptaron por falta de habilidades blandas que ni siquiera mencionaron. No recomiendo para nada el proceso, 0 feedback y muy poco les importa tu tiempo
